PS3 online password help

Please help ive has the game for several days and cant access the online features due to a password. I dont know where to find a password as this has never been supplied or setup.

Regarding your quote above. I have however the instructions are less than clear all they say is "you need to obtain a password" but it doesnt say how. ive tried registering online, ive looked through instructions both in the booklet and online and these dont help.

Ive emailed the support team and they havent replied (it's now being 5 days) and their quidelines state 72hrs

Im stuck, i really am. What would you recommend

Seriously I don't understand where you've had trouble you just go into "Enter Registration and Password" and it guides you all the way through.
