I just updated my ps3 to version 2.01.. now its 100% lag free!!! i reccomend you all do the same!!!
Dont know if this was intended by konami or not but i dont really care =D happy playing pes2008 now

I've been on eu.playstation.com this avo & the latest was V2.00

(Trying to get back on again now & it's bloody slow...)

Repeat question: where are you getting V2.01?

Im getting from the update form the PS3 itself. When u click on system update. It should be there!

Ahhh, maybe thats why. I'm still updating via USB stick. My Sky broadband won't be active for a week or so yet...

Let me know if it does cure all lag as when i'm hooked up i'll be heading out to get my ass handed to me by all!!

Edit: Just got back on eu.playstation.com - still V2.00 is latest to d/l via USB...

no there is a 2.1 update and guess what it does bott sniff it hasnt changed my lag i nearly got back on tracks with konami but yet again they dissipate me.

its not the v2.01 - i went on pro evo online earlier and there was a messgae saying something like 'EMERGENCY SERVER MAINTENANCE COMPLETE' and some othe message.

my game wasn't the smoothest it could be still but there were no games where players jumped 5 paces with the ball.

still want a patch that lets you save your ML team without going back to default stats

lag still happens, played a match earlier, feels the same as the first time i played online.......................

new version 2.01 installed and i think it plays a bit better to be honest!! (but then mine slowed down so much all through the offline game).i played 2 games last night and it still slowed down a bit and i still get a glitch on the pitch detail. but it didnt seem as bad. (it used to slow down in the goal mouth every time!!!)
