some 1 said to me

burn patched game
put it in
goto edit and edit a stadium name
then take it out n put in the 1 that aint patched and edit players boots and team names ect,
then put it back in and it should work

guys i had the same problem but here is the solution.play patched create option file and edit one(change stadium name),save.play unpatched,edit whaever you want,save.here is a list of shoes.
1)adidas black/red/white
2)nike red
3)nike black
4)puma black
5)adidas white i think f50
6)puma white
7)nike yellow
8)nike white
9)adidas blue

sorry but i dont know models of boots

burned my copy,strips are there etc,emblems for each league r still the same and edit don't work,noticed slight blur for numbers on portsmouth strips

it seems you have to fully delete your pes2008 option file,
put in your patched game change a stadium name then save ,
then put in an unpatched pes2008, go to edit mode and change prem team names, save,
then put your patched game back in

have you deleted all previous option file data from memory before putting patched game in?
sometimes things conflict!
