Winning Headers (Xbox 360)

Lately I have been having trouble winning headers all over the pitch. Like winning headers in the midfield off goal kicks and especially defending in the box on corners, crosses etc. I play on top player and this is one thing I haven't really gotten decent at or atleast win over half the time. I know you use Right trigger to position people, but apparently the computer on this difficulty is just insane on winning them. I doubt it could be my players in the back either since both puyol and milito have over 95 jumping to make up for what they lack in height. Any tips for would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try geting in front of ur man or push into the back of him thats wat i do . . .

Ya i try, but most of the time my guy still somehow loses it, or streaking runs just got off right infront of my guy as I hold down RT and watch him back pedal to meet the ball at the worst angles.

A master technique to use is super cancel.

Use supercancel (r1 + r2) when ball is in mid air to control your player , look on the radar and get infront of him, or behind, keep messing about with it until you master it, you wont win all the headers guaranteed, but it'll definetly help you loads. Hope it goes well for you and you win all them headers
