my ps3 recently broke so i had a new one sent to me i have since tried to play pes online but..........and its a big but........i have forgotten password for pes online and have forgotten secret question...........iv tried making new account but it says there is already one registered to the game so im sccrewed.........help please. much appreciated.

You should just use the same password for everything. that's what I do, and I've used that one for a few years now and haven't forgot it. If you use a different one every time you're just asking for it to be forgotten.

No, there's no need to worry, you don't even have to ring Konami.
Just go on register new details or edit details...you know when you get 3 options on the main menu..."connect to lobby etc"
