Yeah, you should get the kill but the person who is dying still (obviously) gets to fire a few rounds off before they die.

Anyone play the Hardcore mode ? To be honest, it's all I play now, mainly due to the added realism and less frustration involved I feel. The snipers in Hardcore are usually a one-shot kill which is quite sound. There is nothing worse than sniping someone from across the map into the chest in Normal Deathmatch, only for them to brush the bullet off and continue sprinting. Assault rifles etc seem to be better suited for Hardcore too, in Normal, it may take 10 bullets to kill someone if a headshot isn't included, whereas on Hardcore it's usually 1-3 bullets. Tried the Normal Deathmatch mode the other day again, but it's just not for me, I just don't feel you're taking the initiative since the Radar basically tells you of their location constantly.

PS: I've also heard more Game modes will be added with the next update, woop.

I love hardcore mode. They also get rid of the kill cam so someone doesnt knows how they die. Online there is a lot more camping to in this mode... i like.

I want to see what the 360 patch thing has done, I like the sound of following a grenades path, and also an airstrike. Hopefully it arrives on PS3 sometime...

I wanna see my downed opponent's kill-cam. It could pop up in a little box or something, sort of like when an injured player is coming back onto the pitch on PES.

I mean, you get some satisfaction killing someone with a random grenade, but actually seeing how the grenade killed them would be epic.

Is it me or is the M16 a better weapon for sniping than any of the sniper rifles? Personally I can hit people from one side of the map to the other with the M16 with a great degree of accuracy than with the sniper rifles.

the m16 was my favourite weapon up until i got my g35c, that beast can fire a hell lot of rounds with decent accuracy. I use the r700 for sniping though.

No it's the 3 round assault rifle.

I think im going to stay rank 55 now, maybe if I complete all challenges then I might consider going round again, 1st prestige is good enough for me though.

I said that aswell, but it gets to the point where there's really nothing to play for until you either have to resort to Prestige or stop playing until there is a new update.

Been really bad lately

However just played one game with an AGOC Scope on my M60E4. I predict good times ahead!

Unlocked the G36 or whatever. Went to town on folk and unlocked my Red Dot in one match. Pretty good gun. Joint favourite along with the M4 Carbine. I suspect that it'll be hard getting used to the M4 again after using the G36.

I would like steady aim for long distances, with a large magazine (if possibly). I would use the G36 or P90 but I'm only at rank level 33 or something.

I use the gun ....G3 i think it called with red dot

Uav jammer, claymores and something else. Try it out. Its very good, but only if u play hardcore mode.

An RPD or something? If you do use a light-machine gun, I'd really recommend using the Slight Of Hand perk because re-loading is just a cunt.

Otherwise, I'd just go for the M4; just a great all-rounder.

I must play this game more often, but with the imminent release of Rainbow Six Vegas 2, I feel I'll probably be spending more time on that. Plus my connection is terrible and I experience awful lag.
