How To Upload Goals From PS3??

Hi, first of all sorry if i have posted this question in the wrong section, i couldn't find another place to put it.

All i want to know is how do i get the replays of goals i have saved from my ps3 to this website for the goal of the month competition?

I had a look on consolegoals.com and found that they were talking about uploading from the p.c.

Any help would really be appreciated, many thanks

The only way I've done it is by recording the TV with my digital camera and then putting them online that way.

Apparently, you can plug the PS3 into the back of a DVD recorder and do it. I've got one, but not got around to trying it.
