I've still not had time to download it today, been busy playing The Darkness, amongst other games. Will stick it on to download when I'm watching the football tomorrow though.

The captain your country mode sounds like a good idea, am I right in guessing it's like Be A Pro?

just played the demo today, i was quite impressed. The gameplay is actually more fluid and the real managers are interesting to watch :), if they made this into fifa09 i would love to see ferguson yelling at the refs every now and then.
Also the rain is very realistic in my opinion. They removed some features though which were good in fifa08 like for example: team chemistry, ability to put players exactly where you want in the formation and detailed statistics for each player which i find really annoying.

a good game and an improvement over fifa o8 any one tryed be a pro in 2 player found my self coming back to this game more and more time for konami to get there shit together now.

In my opinion if you add Fifa 08' with UEFA 2008 you'd get somewhere bang on PES gameplay. I think theyve cracked it!

I've tried Be A Pro in two player as France v Germany. Highest rating me and the other player managed to get was 6.2 with Franck Ribery. It's quite hard to play Be A Pro in two player.

After finally downloading the demo, my first thoughts is that I really can't wait for the full game to come out. The way it looks, plays, is superb. The passing system just keeps getting better and better everytime I play the demo. The managers look quite realistic, but, it's stupid how the manager is wearing like a suit, and it's tipping down with rain. (Maybe, I'm being too fussy).

The pitches look really nice, especially like the patches of rain on them, although they don't slow the ball down. Scoring was difficult at first, now got the hang of it. I love the celebration thing, that's class.

Definitely going to be buying this game.

Really impressed. Got fifa 08 with my 360, but had Pro before then(played it on my brothers.). To be honest I probably prefer Fifa 08 over Pro, and this game is so smooth, its really got me thinking that unless Pro 09 is a massive revolution, then I'll be getting Fifa 09.

This game is definitely getting bought but, an excellent game.

Oh also the commentating sounds like its back to Fifa 07 style, i.e better. Andy Gray is a twat.

Thats weird because I thought the opposite. FIFA's were smoothish on my tv, with the odd jolt here and there, whereas the new demo is jolty more or less all the time (for cut scenes).

Couldn't get the hang of that celebration thingy either.
