Transfer trouble

Hey, I need a bit of help. I've downloaded the files onto my thumb drive. I have a Game Shark 2 and have successfully loaded the files onto my Memory Card. However, when I start the game it says that the option file isn't detected. What am I doing wrong and how do I load this OF?

Can someone please covert this into a psp file? I downloaded the ps3 file (ps2) file and tried to convert it but it didn't work. I know quite a few people who are looking for this. Thanks!

OK guys, sorry for the lack of activity on this OF, hopefuly somebody will join our OF team and will help us out, so it might be finished soon. For now here's a beta version of the PSP file, with a bit more of work done than the ps2 beta, sorry for the delay PSP owners :)

WOW! I cannot thank you enough =] 2 full weeks of studying for finals....you just made my day with this. hahaha thank you very much! Do you mind if I refer people over to download this? Or would you rather wait till you are done with it.
