Graphics are very good, and the animations are each fairly good. But at times I don't think they look very "joined-up" or fluid; and we only know what the gameplay feels like when we play it. I'll reserve judgement on it until I play it, but after playing PES5 (my first PES; previously I'd played FIFAs) the whole gameplay system just felt far better to me on PES; unless FIFA has been totally and completely revamped, I think I'm still going to prefer PES.

Lettering is part of the graphics, just like kits, players and stadiums. Overall, graphics of both pes 09 and fifa 09 are the same.
