Like he said, there's hardly any difference between the current X-BOX 360 controller and that prototype, I've played pes on the X-BOX 360 and it feels terrible, I find the PS3 controller more comfy and easier to play..

PES was designed for Playstation after all :D

i wouldnt go out and buy a brand new xbox 360 control just for that feature, didnt find anything wrong with the original d-pad anyway, i always use the sticks.

BELIEVE
Xbox 360 controllers > PS3 controllers. :smug:

It fits the hand nicer and feels more natural, plus I don't use the "D-pad" for PES anyway so the analog stick works fine. As for a green controller for PES, it's just a marketing scheme to make more money, 360 users have been playing PES on their consoles for 2+ years, they're used to the analog stick by now, there's no real purpose for this.

I play on the PC version and have the option of using either the PS2/3 controller and the X-Box controller and lets just say the white one is in the drawer....

i used to have pro evo on ps2/ps3 and loved the pad but since i have had an x box the ps3 pad feels light and shitly made in comparison i think its becuase there is no vibrate so there arnt the parts that add a lot of weight to the pads i know you can get vibrating pads now but still you get my point

the x box pad fits nicly in your hand and its easy to use either anologe or D pad i find the L2 R2 button are easier to get to as there lower down compared to ps3 pad where there are the same height

which ever console you have played on for the last few years you get used to the pad each person will like a diffrent pad

you arnt going to like the 360 pad better if you own a ps3 are you so this whole pad argument is just stupid

The xbox controller fits the hand far bettter. The ps2 controller I had used to make my fingers ache. Now I never get this problem on the 360. Also I don't know why, but I always play with the d pad and it controls pretty good. But yeah sometimes, you need the analogue to control more professional.

depends what u like personally I prefer a patched peson 360 and I use the xfps pad converter though to be honest pad doesnt really make a difference to me as long as I got my custom button layout

I have a feeling that konami might sell a seperate package that will include both the new xbox controller & PES 2009 in like a special box or something.

You think?

I tend to use the analog sticks on the 360 controller now, I find it alot more easier to control the players movements.
