Really, post this in the FIFA or "I hate PES" forum. If you want to slag off the game do it in the appropriate thread because tbh the majority of people on this forum (considering this is PES forum. Imagine that, people liking PES posting on a pes forum!) like the game and could care less what your gripes are with it. But the mods were nice enough to provide whiners with their own little thread. I recommend you post there.

According to his logic you must have no life because you come on a forum and talk for hours about a game you hate. Seems like it makes sense to me.

Well... if you actually read my post then you'll see that I like PES and prefer it to FIFA, so you're saying I have no life because I'm posting on here about a game I like which means you have no life either, nor do the majority of other people on this site who do like the game. So that last paragraph is a loud of nonesense.

I was merely pointing out the fact that the online feature still requires some wok as I've had lag filled games as apposed to someone sying it was working brilliantly. Sorry, I must have missed the "IMPORTANT" thread which explains we're not allowed to mention any flaws of the game, please except my humblest apology

I'm not sticking up for FIFA or anything, I actually prefer PES 2009 because of it's gameplay, but surely the people who are sticking up for PES must be the same. These people must have time to play PES, so surely they must have no life or friends either according to your logic.

You can't slag the people who play FIFA for finding time to play a video game as you and everyone else on this forum does also.

Re-think? This is sad, there are alot of lonely people out there, posting 10+ about how bad Pes and how good Fifa is makes me wonder. I can play up to 10 hours each week in Pes 2009 but I don´t have time to go to the Fifa Forum and talk **** about Fifa. I just don´t have the time. I have a girlfriend, work, friends and a family. I´m lucky I know that. It just makes me wonder about the lifes of some of the people who are posting the anti Pes thing.

Fair enough, but I've never posted any anti-PES/pro-FIFA comments on here. I don't post on FIFA forums either, I have friends/family/activities/studies to do, but I still find time to post on here & play PES as I'm sure alot of people on here do, regardless of their opinions towards PES/FIFA.

You were saying I had no life because of what I was posting about PES 2009, but I never posted anything negative about it, I said I enjoyed it & prefered it to FIFA, so that's where your "logic" said that talking about a game I like means I have no life.

I never missed the "IMPORTANT" thread that says "I hate PES," as this is not my thread, as such I'm not cluttering this board with "I hate PES!" messages.

Now I'm off to bed as It's 1/4 past 2 and I've to get up quite early.

I´v played Fifa alot and it´s just to easy. Pes is the best football game now but it could have been better

problem with game -yeah better than last years tripe but this year,still cant tackle for shit,shooting very hit and hope.onlines very good -no lag-but whats the fuckin point if you cant get near the ball after an attempted tackle.seems to be that though they have sorted online probs, the game engine is the same.am well pissed off

Someone in this topic said kids play FIFA and I couldn't agree more as it shows on these forums.

How many PES players do you see going on EA's forums slating FIFA? Maybe a quarter of what we have here... The reason for that? PES players are more mature, their patient enough to learn the game. Then, once they have learned how to play PES how it should be played, they don't need to make stupid posts saying how much better PES is over FIFA. Why? Because they know they have the better game.

PES is hard yes. But its all about timing. Timing is the key.

Tackling - Think of a predator lying in wait for some prey. Once timed to perfection, you will always win.

Shooting - Its all about practising. Allot of people in these forums say the keepers are crap... Which is total bull! It the past PES games, you could shoot from anywhere and it will either go in, or the keeper fumbles it straight into the strikers path. Now its different. Their reflexes are sharper, they are quicker to react to loose balls and its harder to score. Cutbacks was another problem with PES6. Now its also different... 50% of the time, the player your pulling it back to will scuff the ball or fall over as he's balance gives. I enjoy every goal I score knowing I've earned it.

you guys dont know what yu are on about, pro evo is the best game of the series.

I love PES but its sad to see the game in decline, every year they fix some flaws from the last but then Konami cuts some details (like no kit selection in PES08) or makes some bad new editsions (no movement in throws in PES09 or overshooting in PES07)

I play PES for gameplay not for detail so I relly don't care if the players have the right kit on, but I can't standt the lack of animations on the throws.

I don't play online only with my self (wow did I just say that) and with my mates. I really hates that we can't make a league with some AI teams and switch to human controle

stats aren't the best but overal, the game is very good.

there is simply a lack of options but thats because they had to change the whole gameplay.

Fifa is getting so realistic, while playing it my dad walked in and asked me what match was on (lol at him, he must of heard the sound before actually seeing what was on the tv)!.

this should be in a FIFA thread or the "i hate PES" thread not spammed across the pes2009 section. anyways how can you possibly say this, PES has been out for 4 days, FIFA has had almost a month to sell so at the moment its obvious it will have sold more units, PES will catch up tho.

Ok good comments by all tbh.

People who find fifa easy, if you play it on legendary you will find out how difficult it is, passing plays a key importance in the game then.

Also the person who wrote about having a sad life or something, well today Im going out, tomorrow and wednesday Im seeing my girlfriend, thursday I got badminton and next week back to one of the best colleges in my city, Im just a very hyper person who always needs something to do.

Plus the reason you dont see people slagging of fifa at the EA forums is because no one in converting games, like here pro evo buyers here are buying fifa thats why there are a lot of these types of posts.

Yes pro evo has that team work and realistic movement on and off the ball to make it like real football but so does Fifa. The problem with pro evo is that it seems like they are only focusing on gameplay and not the animations which sadly does not give me the match atmosphere I need.

The reason Im posting this is to get Konami to see that they have messed up again and they need to come to these forums and start getting ideas and start giving open beta places for pes 2010 and get suggestions from the public. Sadly they dont come close to this.
