no it´s not possible, you just can use face and uniform datas from other OFs but only if you not already have a face or uniform data with the same name (001 and so on)

my OF has all B-Leagues slots filled with Bundesliga, all players are there, I just have to complete some issues on the minor teams.

Is there the chance that some day someone will make an external OF editor for the PC? I think one has already been made for the PS2, where you can combine data from two OFs.
