Grrr, just had a very disappointing draw with Bolton, halted my team's progress. Bloody hate little teams that stick 11 men back.
Also, my squad is too weak in the air, but on training I dont see what improves that?

They mean you don't want to be running too many leagues but could get away with more than three.

Ah well - too late now.
Sneijder has just scored a 35 yard curled in my League Cup game against Sunderland, signing this kid as soon as I have the funds...
Nice to see a half-reserve team win 2-0 in the cup against Sunderland, although the game did swivel on the moment when Malbranque elbowed Pennant in the face - Sneijder's opener came just after that, in the free space possibly left by Malbranque.
Betis have moved in with a late bid for Thiago Silva and Benfica have had an offer accepted for Belletti who is already on loan with me. Worst case scenario is I fail to get Thiago Silva and Chelsea recall Belletti - assuming they can - and he goes to Benfica. Mamadou Sakho, as I now recall from the demo, would cost more than my budget. Oh dear.

Your help is much appreciated Don Sweey and that did enable me to successfully launch the game but it still doesn't work im afraid.
This is a bit hard to explain but I get to a point where i feel the main menu should be displaying but instead its just a black screen, it isnt completely black though. in the middle you can very faintly see the kick racism out of football logo and in the bottom right there is like a round thing with an L above it, if you click the round thing you get taken to the fm website.
Also when you move the mouse around, as you hover over certain parts of the screen the options that you'd normally have on the main menu seem to be there and are clickable. sorry if this is unclear but it is quite difficult to explain. anyway, if you can be of any more help to me then great. if not thanks for your time anyway and for helping me with the first bit.

I doubt they can recall him - when you go for a loan contract, usually the "Can play against own team" and "Can play in cup matches" boxes are ticked, but the "Can be recalled" isn't, unless you change it. Like with Sneijder, I unticked "Can play against own team" as an incentive for his club (PSV I think) to agree to it, but left the cup one ticked... and it paid off in the League Cup...
Journalists have asked me if I am gonna sign Sneijder, I said I am very much planning to. I might ask the board for more funds for players.
EDIT: just asked them, they said I have adequate resources with which to do my job. £675K is adequate??? Grrr...

Definately go for it - or at least add in some additional payments that bunks up the price a little. On mine my scout recommended him (no-one's told my scout my fecking budget) and he was worth just under £19m I think.

I've accepted a £27.5m cash bid for Pirlo from Manchester City and rejected a bid from Real Madrid of £27.5 over 24 months. I just wonder....City have a lot more money and £60m for Kaka would set me up perfectly. Used to sell him to Chelsea for ~£63m in FM2007.

View the readme file for supported chipsets. The lower end of those are very cheap now. The key thing to pay attention to is the power consumption of the card you'er buying (the top end ones need power supplies of 400W+ made by a reputable company such as Corsair, Enermax, Seasonic) as well as the graphics card' required power connectors (likely one 6-pin PCI-E connector).
Ensure your power supply is powerful enough for the graphics card you choose (read the label on the power supply after opening the case) and has the right power connector (search for its technical details on the internet if required).

Pirlo, the cunt, has rejected Manchester City saying he thinks it is a step backwards and I'm up shit creek again.
