Hmmm. Just gone onto Xbox live (added friend request so I could see your profile) and no avatar image there. Can only assume after you did the pic it didn't save.

I would imagine you can re-do it through the options on the dashboard... not at home at the mo so can't check.

Yah I'll add you too Fick. To be honest I don't really like the new dashboard. Everything seems be unnecessarily large, and you have to trawl through twice as much menus it seems to get what you want. The avatars are alright I suppose, a bit gimmicky though.

As for the dashboard, think I prefer it to the blades. Still prefer the PS XMB though. Much 'cleaner' looking.

If you press either RB or RT then it goes through them quicker.

That could be it. My connection was a bit rubbish last night and I disconnected a few times while trying to create my avatar. However, it didn't make me start from the start and did give me the option to save once I finished. Then again, I may have only saved the outfit and not the avatar. My avatar's face is there though, in the gamer pic.

That's going to be the main problem with the new dashboard, because alot of it is connected to Xbox Live when it goes down it will be rubbish and not very much to do.

I think the XMB is too bland and to me looks dated. I love this new NXE look its much more today....

Some people just slate anything that Xbox did. Even if things were the other way round and PS3's main interface looked like the NXE and the Xbox had the XMB you would be saying how much you love the NXE on PS3.....:erm:

If you are insinuating that i'm a PS3 fanboy, you are way off. I have both consoles, play both regularly and i have come to the conclusion that i like the PS3 XMB is better, i'm not saying i don't like the new 360 one though
