Here's a question (might have been asked before)

I've done two season so far: Aston Villa then Man United. But, i feel like something slightly more challenging. I want to go a championship team (or lower). A fast team with a wee bit of money a few stars.

Any suggestions

Played my first next-gen game of FIFA 09 on PS3 last night/this morning (12:30am) - AC Milan against the mighty Ancona.

I won 1-0 - hit the post through Ronaldinho after an excellent move after only three minutes but then started tossing around. Worrying to note that every time they got possession, all they did was sprint down the wings due to my strangely absent defence. I hope it isn't as bad as it seemed last night. Obviously it can be fixed and the wing-backs push up but I was trying to hold them back and got done over on the counter every single time.

Man of the Match? Abbiati :blush:. My tossing around did include five minutes of reckless fouling which saw Nesta sent off and Ancona missed two penalties - one I saved and one they blazed over the bar.

Fun times!

Oh...to those who said when you score it doesn't feel atmospheric enough - totally agree.

Damn it. I'll have to cancel it because I'm off to my brother's house in the Capital. He only has mobile broadband and i don't know how to connect it to the PS3. I don't think that I'll be able to play online again this year because I'll be back to the village the day after tomorrow, which my only source of internet is through my mobile phone.
I'll be in the village until the New Year.

I've played three games now - woo! As Milan, a 1-0 win over Ancona, 2-0 extra-time defeat to Inter and 0-0 draw with Fiorentina though to be honest I've been using the default formation and only when adjusting the strikers slightly did I suddenly start to get shots at the Fiorentina goal. I'm playing on Professional :faceplm:

Is Manager Mode FIFA's version of Master League? I'm not interested in the ability to manage a team with FIFA Manager and then play games with FIFA 09 and know that can be done.

Yeah, you play cups,sign players, you get player growth alot of the stuff you'll find in the Master League.

I'm playing manager mode atm, after beating Everton I went and lost 1-0 to Tottenham

the variety of football you can play with manual on fifa is astounding at times. I am doing a career with everton on legendary at the moment , riveting stuff. I need to get online so i can play some of you guys
