i have tried to edit a star team for while but failed.
which are included in the star team and which are not included?
there will be no teamwork? why?
is there some way some how to make them work together?
wants to play true playing not with a result of 6-8. there is no defence but i have stars in defence so why?
does some one have any Solution for mig?
any formation how fits them?

Yeah, as the mullet has just pointed out, Masherano is an outstanding midfielder to have in a star team, as is Fabregas,

In my opinion, you should always have at least one of these in your team

if real life then id have torres/eto over drogba/zlatan in a heartbeat

but in the world of pes that is the side id pick if i had all those stars available to me

i would put essien insted of mascherano and maxi rodrigues insted of kaka (check him out his good!)

Really ? Wheres the defensive cover ? Lampard is surplus to requirements with such attacking players up front. Remember this is the world of Pro and not real life. Mascherano is a beast in Pes, better than Alonso so i think thats why he gets my nod

Whoever plays with a team like that surely must get bored rather easily ?

I disagree; I think Lampard is better than Mascherano on PES, for exactly why you said, it's not real life.

Put it this way, the scope between a good and a bad PES defender isn't that much, compared to the score between a good and a bad attacker, so you don't lose as much if you sacrifice a holding player for an attacking one (providing you still have someone at least positioned in the CM or DM slot)

Well, I have no idea of the actual team you're debating, as I am not the type who bothers to read up threads that much, but I can assume that in this midfield, as one of the attacking players you mentioned, Gerrard is in there?

I know it doesn't work with England, but on PES it doesn't matter, Gerrard would be a much better DM than Mascherano, he is roughly as good defensively, and miles better attacking.

Then you have Lampard in Gerrard's former position.
