PSP Option file

I hate for my fist post to be one of ignorance but can someone please help me out?

I spent the better part of 5 hours last night downloading PSP option files from various sites and trying numerous ways to get them to work.

Only to figure out that about 75% of the files are the same one, just
stolen along with the glory from whomever actually did the work.

Every one I downloaded was the ULES folder version for the European game, not the ULUS folder version I need.

Does anyone know of a nice option file that is useable on the US PSP Version?

I too would like this NA Option file for the PSP. I've been looking around the forum for a while. Maybe a bit of reorganizing would help.

I hope the forum moderators create an NA American and European sub-forum within the PES Completed forums. It would make it a heck of a lot easier to determine there's no NA PSP Option File here yet. It appears Konami is never going to stop using region specific coding.
