No, not excactly. That's because the world/euro player/team of the year are announced the other season. But they will be based on the last season. So that's why.

yeah also noticed that the good teams i.e Manchester United, Milan, Barcelona, play crap, beat them, Man Utd 2-0, Milan 3-0 an Barcelona 3-1, but i got my butt handed to me by Newcastle 3-0, strange that...

ha ive also seen defenders have like super speed, i could run all the way into the box with a lucky chip by my team-mate for a clear opening, but all the defenders get back at the exact right time, the midfielders get back aswell and the strikers stay in an amazin position for wen the defenders just smack the ball up front for the ultimate counter attack, which i find impossible for teams like Wigan and Middlesborough to do...but it happens.

oh well, so many flaws with this game, but cant stop playing haha.

Well, after a first season of failures with PSG, we had a much better second one.

Our 3rd place in the league was followed up by a first place finish. Champions!

Our cup adventure which ended at Quarterfinals now led to the trophy. Winners!

Champions League (European Championship) was too much, so we aimed for a Masters Cup final and struck gold agains't Arsenal. Mind you, I didn't expect it.

Top Scorer in the Cup, Top Scorer and Assist Leader in the League. However, I had nothing in the Masters League and didn't even fit the Team of the Season in the league. Bollocks.

Captain's armband in the World Cup final... purr...

Came in as a sub for Henry, who held the band. And now I got it. A truly awesome feeling.

18 years old and lifting the World Cup Trophy!

Spain has us at 0-1 right away, by Xavi. Henry equalized with a penalty which gave us (me) hope. However, he was subbed off just after with me coming on as him, taking the armband in doing so.

Spain scored another shortly after the halftime break. Villa put the scoreline to 2-1 and things got shaky.

I personally equalized once more, after a cross by Evra. And then Savidan thought he had put us ahead but it was offside. The game went to Extra Time.

First half of ET went by with a couple of hot chances. It would however take 'til the 2nd for me to score my second goal after some ugly raffle in the box. But a goal is a goal and a World Cup trophy... is a World Cup trophy.

Now... Sticking with PSG for atleast one more season and then hopefully, a major team in Europe will come for me.

Benzema left Lyon to play with some midtable club in Spain on my save. And he's being left out of the national team a lot.

National team manager rather plays Henry, Anelka, me and... Steve Savidan from Caen. Yeah, every striker except myself is over 30 in the French squad.

but I'm just waiting for the generation lapse. Thuram, Viera, Pires, they're all retiring soon enough.

I am near the end of my season with Lyon
I won the D1 french cup MVp, top scorer and top assist.
In the french league I am 1st in to pscorer and 2nd in top assistman. Though I can win it too.
And in CL, I am top scoer and top assist.

great bal mode stories, keep it up! Love it! It's funny to read all of the different bal modes of everyone...

so last time i wrote i was at Feyenoord in my 5th season and i just finished it. And the next thing i'm going to write will raise a few eyebrows...

... that i got a 9,5 against Nac Breda away! I scored 3 times and winning with 2-3 there! i was shocked getting that high rating but i have to say that i also got 9 alot! So if some people won't believe me, i took a picture of the 9,5 i got. i will post it later...

Last year we won the treble, this year the double cause Liverpool knocked us out in semi final of the Champ. League. I had a great season, scoring 45 goals in Eredivisie and 13 in the CL. And a really high rating in al tournaments so i was best league player of Eredivisie, CL and Knvb Beker. and also topscorer, no assist trophy for me this season.

I will get offers again from Man Utd and Barca, Real and this time i'm planning to go after 5 seasons Eredivisie to the Premier League. So Man Utd, sign me up...

I scored 3 goals and 1 assist in a game and an 8 was given to me.
Maybe it depends on the season/abilities of the player. I noticed that I can get an 8 easier in season 3 than in 2.

I found the answer (I think at least...)! My friend has a PS2 and he told me he got a 9.5 once. I checked it and it's true. Another friend that has a PS3 told me that his highest rating was 8.5 on top player.

So my final conclusion is: In PS2 the highest rating you can get is 9.5 and in PS3 it's 8.5, depending on the game level.

For all the Xbox usersbetween you, I don't have an answer but maybe it's the same principale (PS3=Xbox360, PS2=original Xbox).

Best goal I've scored thid season:
86 mins into the match and the goalie (for reasons unknown) came deep for a corner. It was punted up field ane guess who was there to walk it in.

my best goal(s) were against Az in the Knvb beker semi final when i got a great chip-pass to the right side of the box and just tried my luck en hitted in the far top corner of the goal!

And also in that season (my 4th) i scored a screamer against Sampdoria in Champ. League quarter Final from almost 30m!

Now i have to admit i lately score alot of scripted goals. Even from the kick-off i'm running down to the left side and just before entering the box i pull it back to my right foot and try the to hit it in the top corner of the goal. It is most time succesfull but not realistic though...

I call it 'my old Master League goals' like in ISS PE 1 and 2 for PSone. It's a sort of cheating way but still it feels good when it helps you scoring.

I forgot to mention i moved at the end of the 5th season to Man. Utd! at the last negotiation period i couldn't stay another season in the Eredivisie so was happy to see the interest of Man Utd again!

Played the opening match yesterday against Stoke, came on as a sub after 44 minutes as a CM (I play SS/AM)at 3-0 and with 2 assists and 1 goal made a great debut! We won 7-0!! Ronaldo scored a hattrick and got the same rating like me, an 8.

I never had won with 7-0 till now, great transfer huhh?!
