Thats what I meant yes.

Its not as exaggerated but it still is kinda the same.

yeah i can understand why you think it might be possible, but the momentum of the ball and angle of the player is differernt...

trust me when your running down the wing with a ball and you kick it how messi does in pes the ball would not react like that...

Exactually no chance any player could get that much swerve and acuraccy. I was just trying to get a point a cross that it can be done slightly.

just read threw the entire thread...i have a semi

just wish only proper pes players get a chance first hand to play the demo. every year its the same. people that are mince play and idiots start jumping on the band wagon.

mind last year during a conference, the guy scored from way out with mascherano and the drubbing that got was unreal. Then when we all got our hands on the game, we expierenced how hard it is to score from way out etc. jus giving an example of how these videos shouldn't be taken too seriously

wouldnt surprise me if alot of these vids are played on amature level

bring on october !

I know where you are coming from, but the animations are the animations, no matter who is playing.

Thats what we are talking about.

Like it or not, it doesnt look that far removed from pes 2009 at all.

Couple of points:

1. Did EA mess up by releasing the news that they will be employing 360 movement too soon, thus allowing Konami to incorporate it too?

2. Will there be more secrecy in future because of this?

3. Are there maybe some more secrets to be revealed by both companies this year because they don't want the other guys to steal their new ideas?

4. Virtual Pro looks like it will be fun for 12 year olds, or people who aren't serious about realism. It's a typical EA sort of thing to implement, reminds me of the crappy player growth in games like Tiger Woods. I'm surprised they haven't added the ability to buy new shoes, socks, hair gel, etc to improve your stats ;)

It will, however, no doubt appeal hugely to a lot of people, so it could affect sales big time, especially since it's looking like this year's PES is not exactly easy to pick up and play.

My guess is that despite all the effort Konami has put in that EA will still win in the sales department, but of course people are also saying the new PES is loads of fun to play, and online hopefully being fixed will help too, so we'll have to wait and see. Not that I care about Sales. I just want a great PES, and it's looking like it will be awesome this year to me. Animations aren't where I hoped they would be, but they do look improved, and if gameplay is good then I'll be happy.

Not being funny mate but if what we are seeing in those pes gamescom vids is '360 movement' then ea will be announcing fifa 11 updates tomorrow.

Seriously, you cant tell me thats in the same league as the movement in fifa 10.

Not hating, just telling the truth now.

you can tell that the game has been slowed down which is good, some new animations, surprised one person didnt lay off the other to see if it was true 360, there were hints of it.

But why are most of the people playing the game retarded????

Thats just it Konami are caught between a rock and a hard place..!!

They need to see which is the biggest fan base for them.. I think EA have got all the hardcore realism peeps and aint going to give um up easy, where as Konami have all the gamer type people who enjoy the more computer football style of play...

Exactually why I am partly scared/ getting mixed emotions.

I dont want changes that will make PES NOT feel like PES but more like Fifa which I certainly dont like (not saying Fifas a bad game, just that it doesnt feel right for me.)
