Doesn't look like that it is in it! But possible the teams in the Champions League and the Europa league will be in it!

EA Sports have exclusive rights over Bundesliga, we won't see German teams other than the national team in PES2010. Not even fake ones.

Last year Konami got the Champions league License for PES2009 and there's no German teams in it even though they participated in real life. Just accept the facts peeps.

Does no-one read the other threads lol, I think the teams with fake names in the team list on winningelevenblog will be unlicensed Bundesliga teams, anyone else share my opinion.

Yeah I have read that somewhere that the bundesliga will be fake, but hopefully with all the correct players names, and apperances, simular to that of the EPL

I should have made myself clearer. I know EA have the exclusive rights to the Bundesliga however Konami could be able to have something similar to the premiership in PES 2010. I really do hope so
