Well what can i say, 2010 is a definite disappointment... The clunky players, feeling of rails, lack of control and cpu take over control, make it feel awkward... Offence and defensive player positioning is woeful and unrealistic, 360 dribbling seems only to work when moving forward.. Better jockey animations but still useless and too slow... :(

i'm not going to bother going into detail about this and that (people will start crying) all i'm saying is its not for me...!! i really thought i would be buying it, but i just dont think i would play it that much... :no:

The game feels awkward, dull and boring to play..!! its the end of an era for me, so many great times playing ISS or PES, it will always stay with me...!! :crymore:

I just wish i could go into the future where Perfectstik (frenchy) lives and play the version thats lightyears ahead...!!!! :shocking:

Ps dont start talking about builds, PES09 demo - game was pretty much the same..!!!

People can talk about builds if they want to. The game COULD be different from the demo. God knows it needs to be!

What I do find a shame is that although I share your views on FIFA being much better when comparing the demos and ultimately believe it will be the clear winner when the games are released bar a miracle, I didn't feel the need to make an inflammatory thread on a PES forum, something I'm getting tired of.

Consider that a warning against you if others take this thread where it shouldn't go. There's already been one of these and you are an idiot for making one so similar.

It's a sad day for me as well. I agree with Don Sweey, if I have to go by demo's Fifa is clearly the winner and I highly doubt if PES can pull of a miracle and reign victorious when the final products come out. It will be the first time ever since ISS pro evolution came out on ps1 that I won't buy a PES football game. Pity, I had very high hopes for PES 2010.

Im sorry but it was you that brought fifa into it.. this has nothing to do with fifa, this is about PES and why its not good enough...

Its not that there will be talking about old builds. It's a fact.
The response was fixed and animations were added. The build we have is an old one.
Now I am not saying that the full game will have massive improvements or won't. I am just saying that the build is old and animations were added. Maybe it could make the game better. But who knows.
I am trying to be as fair as I can be.
I noticed all bad things from gamescom were in our demo, so it's obviously old.
So maybe it will truly improve on them.

no one is gonna moan at you mate i feel the exact same way i had my hopes up but i kinda knew deep down that they'll not deliver, i dont understand why they have to fetch an anual football game out, why dont they just leas PES11 and go str8 back to the begining and make PES 12 amazing

I gotta say neither Fifa nor Pes impresses me this year, I hated Fifa last year even though everybody raved about it being realistic... I never seen a real game ever play the way it does in Fifa, they really overdid the jostling and the samey goals, I could still score goals that looked identical, the PES demo might be old but you can't honestly say that the backbone of the gameplay is gonna change drastically, wake up people. I'll still get PES on PC simply to edit the crap out of it.

It could be, but as I said, it's a different year.
Still, the gamescom build had negatives that were pointed out liek responsivness. Now, it seems that according to the latest code, it is fixed.
At least, something good.:)

how could they make the same mistake twice, or even once..!!! fucked up with gamescon one and then again with the demo, come on man...!!

^The demo is from around gamescom time I believe.
But anyway, as I said, I am not saying it'll be better or worse. it's just the way it is and I do not want to jump into conclusions over a demo. Same with fifa demo. Both have some problems which needs fixing. Both not minor ones.
