Rutter came on the forum last night and said they would look into it and that they would try to recreate these issue which will be possibly looked at in a patch.

Just for confirmation, have people tried simming to the end of season and tried renewing player contracts???

You have to hand it to Tech_Skill, for all anyone has said about him at least he doesn't bury his head in the sand when FIFA has problems.

I'm debating whether to get a £25 copy and sell the one that comes from EA (if it ever turns up) or waiting until Monday. Hmmm.

In Regards to the contract Issue I think I may have found a pattern regarding this.

Guys i need your help.

There may be a possiblity that the game will let you renew the contract of most players with less than a year less if you offer them max amount of money, bonus and years on contract.

I have made this work for players with just over a year left on their contract as well, Im still doing testing now.

Guys, try and sim to the end of a season and do this, see if it works.

Im going to see if it can work for players on big money contracts, i just renew quite a few contracts using this method for small players.

Let me know what you find asap, before i put this up on EA forum

Fuck the new pen control, if this bug aint sorted, im taking a sniper rifle to david rutter's house.

The actually techincal gameplay isnt the problem, technically its argueably the best game ever made in this genre, but its been ruined by bugs.

I was thinking about it. I haven't even played the new PES demo yet (due to lack of a working PS3 :faceplm:) So its simply a choice of picking one out of the two.

Then getting the other when I get bored :shifty:

I found this out simming 2 seasons with Board difficulty as amatuer, but im not sure if any difficulty settings affect the below.

1) For players with smaller contracts say 3,000 per game, if you really need them to sign before the end of the season, offer them the max amount of money, max years on contract, and max bonus per goal (clean sheet if they are a keeper) you should only have to offer the player a max of about 1.5 times what he is currently being paid, so you might not lose too much money

2) For big player who are running out of contract, at the end of season negotiations there a list list of players out of contract, you have a tick box option whether to renew their contracts or not, however im not sure if you can edit the contract offer made to a player. However ribery had 1-2 months left on his contract and wouldnt sign one mid season, at the end of the season he came up in a list of contracts which could be renewed, i didnt edit the offer made to him (which was less than what i offered him mid season). I simply ticked the renew box and advanced, he has signed a new 2 year deal. All the other players i ticked the renew box for are also still at the club.

They HAVE to turn that form shit off in MM, or at the very least give us the option. It's absolutely insane. There's the old saying "You're only as good as your last game" well yeah, maybe so, but in my last game Kuyt scored two but somehow Yossi, who didn't even start, went up to 86, where as Kuyt went down to 79..

Anyway, will there be any online games tonight?

I saw that someone else managed to keep all of their players when they reached the end of their contract.

I got a question for you guys, my fibre is down (no broadband at the moment) so I cant get the patch. If I just stick to playing exhibition matches and none of that MM/management stuff, is the game still bugged?


Are there alot of gameplay errors? Whats all this about the finesse bug? I dont even play online, I'm real old school

Nah, the gameplay itself is fine.

It appears form and assistant changing your team even when turned off are the main MM problems.
