does anybody know if this going to b included in this years game ,4 those that dont understand including konami themselves its the option of being able to knock the pad across to the other team without the computer playing atall:realmad:

I think he means the player team select screen with the pads that you move from side to side to indicate what team they're on.

I thought you could do this in every game anyway?

What he means is: The option to move the joypad across on the player setting screen to play as the opposition team in muti -player offline tournaments. Personally this is the single biggest issue that will determine whether I buy PES 2010 or regrettably defect to FIFA.
For years, going back to ISS and back yonder to games on the mega drive, then PES, me end my mates have got together for PES sessions. We set up a World Cup or a Champions League. For example, me Barca, Mate 1 Man U, Mate 2 AC Milan. What we want to be able to do again (this option has only been disabled in PS3 versions of PES 2008 and 2009, God knows why, it was on PS2 versions, and in every other footie game ever, including FIFA 10) is to be able to play as the opposition team against our mates. Its a great feeling scuppering your mates campaign playing as Dynamo Kiev in the group stages for example, its a brilliant social buzz, it beats the hell out of sitting around watching each other playing against the computer. Plus you get to play as teams you normally would never play as

Yes, but that would mean playing as every team in the competition, and playing a whole heap of meaningless games. We just want a really simple feature returned from all the previous PES games up til
PES 2008, just for player 2 to be able to move the joypad across on the player settings screen to play as your mates opposition team during Tournament or League mode. Simple!!

^ I understand perfectly. Maybe it's because Konami don't want us to be able to cheat - make own goals taking control over the opponent team :)

they just put community mode in for perfect mulitplayer sessions, fully custom leagues and cups, this feature ur after is not needed.

I don't think it does solve our problem. I hope I'm wrong thinking that, but I've heard that even in Community mode you can't have the option of playing as the CPU team when they are playing as the opposition team to a mate :(
