Upon loading the menu, you will see; UEFA Champions League, Exhibition, Master League, Become a Legend, League Cup, Community, Online, Training, Edit, Gallery and System Settings. I’m just going to quickly go through a few of the modes and then I’ll answer some of your questions (which you can post in the comments section) in my column on Saturday. I’m not really an editing kind of guy, but I’ve attempted to put in what people might want to know about the edit-mode (as I have no idea)!
Master League:- Choice to use a user-created team from the beginning to compete in any of the five leagues (English, Ligue 1, Italian League, Eredivisie, or the Spanish League) or to use any league team, or the classic players
- Menus are easy and nice to navigate through
- Ability to customise the league you’re joining; Whether you want 18 or 20 teams competing, how positions are ranked, how many cards collected by a player will lead to what kind of suspensions and for how long, and a customisable cup competition format
- Choice of Yen, Euro, Dollars or Pounds
- Sign classic master league players from your youth team
Edit mode:
- Edit names of stadiums
- Edit leagues and cups
- Swap players around in teams including created players
- 24 different types of boots
- Untucked shirts
- 4 types of dribbling motion
- 11 types of free-kick motions
- 6 penalty kick takers styles
- 4 types ofdrop kick
- 80 types of goal celebration

- Replay Playback

Quick general gameplay impressions:
- No invisible barriers for throw-ins
- Incredible player likenesses
- Goalkeepers still clumsy with catching
- You can still only pass to the nearest player from goal-kicks
- Quick loading times
- Fantastic lofted through balls
- Slide tackles from behind are often red cards no matter where the incident occurs on the pitch
- John Champion and Mark Lawrenson provide coverage/commentary
- The referee does sometimes play good advantages but often big fouls and off the ball incidents/late tackles are still ignored.
