Dont take me wrong, the game is awesome. However, there are two main things which really bothers me:

1- The refs: I have played over 70 games online. I didnt get a single penalty, neither any one who I played against. I have been tripped many time from behind facing the goal keeper one one one, and the ref never gives a red card. That happened at least 4 times when playing online. The ref only gave a yellow card.

2- Goal keepers: The have imporved, but there is one big probelm. If you are facing an attacker one on one and you try to get the goal keeper to run outside the penalty area, he will miss the ball most of the times. The ball will either goes above him or below him for no obvious reason but bad programming.


Konami, please fix the problems for the fans who stuck with you for the past 8 years.

Any one else facing same problems?:shocking:

yep. these are my only 2 major gripes. Really ruins the game. Either you get away with a tackle or a straight red. My keepers have cost me quite a bit of grief as well. I must say though, it seems the keepers made an improvement between the demo and release.

hope the patch will do us justice.

When Konami do release a gameplay 'fix' they will call it PES2011 and it will cost u £30....and even if they do sort out the keepers and response times (I dont think refs are a problem and rather like the fact that you can get away with CLEAN tackles in the box now), then they will ensure that there is some other aggravating feature in the game play or they will take something out of the game that most people love. my bets would be on the thunderbolt shots of PES2010 not being there come 2011.

I think I'm the only one who is gonna say tehy need to fix the tackling!! You can't tackle in the game and what I mean by that is, when I press X or continue to press X they are not tackling for the ball just running with the opposition player!! No tusslin, nothing, they need to sort it!!

Gamespeed is a problem. The AI is passing passes like a pachinko machine, and zipping around like it's a basketball game. And the other problems mentioned by other readers here.
And the refs missing soooooo many fouls, my goodness... what happened to all that realism Konami was hyping all year long.

its just too bad these things prob can't be fixed in a patch. i am just hoping the refs and goalies get fixed. they really screw up the game

I think Konami is pretending that they are hearing to what fans says. Having the same problems over and over in every release just tells you that they dont care and that they wont listen.

I cant recall for how many years have been the fans screaming to fix the goal keeper issues? As for refs, they cant get it right. It is either to the extreme where any tackle used to get a red card (last year). This year you get tackled from behind facing the goal keeper and it would be good if you even get a yellow card.

i went back to play PES09 lastnight & it was much more enjoyable than PES10, i hope they patch PES10, because it looks amazing, but its annoying to play.

my petition is to sort out the reaction time, last time i played a game with a 3 to 4 second delay on my comands, online.

I actually gave two penalties online today,I don't find the refs THAT bad but they absolutely should be tweaked.

THIS should be fixed ASAP! I can't even count the amount of stupid goals I conceded because the keeper left his close corner wide open!

And a few more things:
3) Semi-Assisted IS NOT semi at all! It still changes players on defense and its driving me crazy!! Every time a through ball is played the computer starts freaking out and changing between the players who are chasing the ball!! Its not that hard,just let ME decide when to change players!!

4) The CB's are DUMB and never mark the players they should! Every time a player runs on the flanks and my RB/LB is chasing him I see the CB joins,why I ask,WHY?? Just stay inside the box! When I play online almost every cross is a goal because the CB's just aren't there to close down the strikers!!

All the above are things that can and SHOULD be fixed,so please...:angry:
