Are those fake teams in the other club league like those russian and turkish teams do they update the teams in terms of transfer because I want to dub over them.

Not impossible that sides competing in the UEFA competition's maybe given licensing in a future update, thought it's unlikely.

I want to dub over them.

Your call whether you want to edit the sides entirely.

i haven't looked at these sides propperly, do the players have real or fake names, and the stats, are they good players?

The ones that are editable are completely unlicensed so the players names aren't featured and nor do I believe the squads complete. Stat wise they're fair to the side they play for. Ability levels ranging from 60 to late 70's.
