Theres no need to copy System Data files in PES option files, because all the relevant data is in the kit template files and the Edit Data file. The System Data file just contains your progress in PES, ie unlocked players etc, which can't be copied from another users System Data file. Copying another users System Data also apparently will block you from winning PS3/Xbox trophies, so that's why probably most option files don't have the System Data file included. Because there's no benefit to copying it, and in fact it can cause problems in your game if you did. If you only copied the Kit files and the Edit Data file, then you shouldn't have any problem, as far as I'm aware, with winning trophies.
As a little aside to this, I have Winning Eleven 2010, and it is possible to download option files that have unlocked players in. Not edited copies, but the actual unlocked players. This can't be done in PES 2010. Weird, huh?
