OF works on-line only and dissapears when off-line?

Can anyone help with this..i am using D&C option file for the 360. I transferred the files using xport transfer kit. We also have to update the 1st two konami updates this season for it to work. Anyway..drag and drop the files over to HD so when i reconnect my hd to xbox and i am signed in on-line, it all works fine but if i want to play offline and not signed in the file does not work. It only works if i am on-line.

Does anyone know a way around this?

I dont know the answer but i wanna tell you that i too have this problem and it is extremley annoying seeing as i mostly play pes when i have internet issues which is about 4 hours a day D:
