Here is what I've experienced every year:
1 - July-October: I visit all PES sites every day looking for any news... I feel excited. / I watch a single gameplay video 20 times / My hype-meter goes up day by day...
2 - Demo relaese: I make at least 200 matches for demo... my hype meter reduces a lil
3 - Here in Turkey we get PES game 1-2 weeks before the official relaese (I dont know why).. I get it and start to make posts with my impressions..
4 - I find the game is not good as I hoped.. my hype meter goes down.. I continue to play but the time I spent with it gets reduced day by day..
5 - December: I quit playing
6 - February: after watching some matches on TV I'M hyped again to start a Master League career.. and I re-start.. The time spent on the game starts to get increased day by day..
7 - March-June: I play the game every day...
8- June: I start to get hyped for next installment of PES.. I start to visit PES sites...
and go on.....

Every year same things in same order.. I play Winning eleven from PS1 age.. I bought PS1/PS2 only for winning eleven/PES series.. That s why we have still belief in Konami.. Every year we think that they will give us what we need.. but unfortunately their pace of eveolution is so slow.. They need to do something special...
here is what I hope to be involved in game:

- Shorts/Socks more editing options
- Global editing (increasing/reducing stats of every player in database simultanously)
- Camera Tilting (1-9)
- Master league improvement
- Better Refrees
- Better GK animations
- a lil bit smoother gameplay
- better implemented 360 dribble
- totally revised heading system
- playing with mates for cups and leagues

I think the things that I have listed above are not a dream. Most of them are already implemented for PS2 version and previous versions..

Please do your best KOnami to satisfy us.. You know that we have no chance to buy your game even if it is a garbage.. but it is time for you to pay your respect to us ..

yes .. I've already checked it.. that is the exact example of what I expect from KOnami ( height / Zoom / Tilting levels have to be customizable..) not difficult to be implemented... We all hope for 2011 version..

After downloading Konamis 4 patches the game has been slowed down and it is much better now. The gameplay is truely amazing and i think its an insult if you compare PES 2010 to PES6. I played a few games of PES 6 the other day and it was ridiculous.

I think i have all the fucking patches and to be honest, im not aware of any that significantly affect gameplay, all im seeing is shit like

-new balls
-new boots for messi

Or am I missing a massive gameplay update here?

Sorry read this and btw i have never used a crack pipe its hazardous to do drugs. Konami need to move their asses so we could have a World Cup patch but i guess they are to busy making a game only for Japan and WE:shocking::no:
Ok the patches dont do shite for you gameplay but your monitor does.

I just found out that using my computer screen in the best resolution makes the gameplay perfect and it is different compared to my tv where i play in HD. Its really ridiculous that i cant play on my tele with the settings.

Im pretty sure that the gameplay is meant to be played in with the computer display settings as the gameplay has the right speed.

I sa a thread where a guy said that the game was different from PC to PS3 probably cause the PS3 game is played on a tv with HD settings.

Other than that i dont think the patches do anything else but give other boots and balls.

Im really puzzeled wth are Konami doing. Why dont they release a World Cup patch? I dont want to play EAs FIFA cause the controls are different and so on. But i am tempted after seing the demo version to buy FIFA 2010 World Cup it looks amazing but probably doenst play well. Konami could learn many things from that game. The customizable camera is amazing.

I think the demo is good, however I would not buy it as within a few months the game will become old and if you trade it in you would get fuck all money for it. IMO I would just wait and see if Konami are releasing a WC patch, if they are they must just be waiting for squad releases, but im not sure :no:.

1) I bet ya the monitor resolution does fuck all to curb the restricted 'on rails' feeling you get when you play pes 2010 and well as all the other gameplay flaws which come from the fact that pes2010 still doesnt play that much different to the early ps2 versions, maybe even the ps1 versions, you would think 6-7 years down the lines the difference in gameplay would be tremendous, but I dont think thats the case.

Also what really fucking me off is this Libertodores rubbish, as if i give a fuck about that shit when i can be river plate and boca in fifa anyways, very few fuckers are gonna pull £40 out their ass to play as estudiantes for fucks sake, fix the fucking gameplay first konami. I was listen to the Winning Eleven Noobs Board podcast with Adam (aka abu hamza) and Suffwan ("for sure") and Suff was creaming his pants about it as if it was some kind of turning point. lmao. PES doesnt need licenses, it fucking caned fifa about 10 years straight without them when we was banging in about 50 goals with Koppers and R.Larcos.

2) I got the FIFA WC demo, ya its real nice, still a few gay things in it that i cant be assed to say here. Still let see what happens, EA are a bunch of money hoarding cunts, i wonder if it will take me longer than a few hours to find major bugs in the WC game, dont hold your breath, having said that, world cup game is still a distance better than PES 2010's gamplay imo.

My advice to you is, before you buy, check out the EA forums 1st, fuck the magazine reviews, those guys on the boards cane the fucking game more than the EA testers do, if there are any gamebreaking bugs, they will find out quite quickly. Some people will get it before it comes out ( I can be one of those people) so watch the forums a few days before release.

Im gonna have to put my foot down with pes this year, unless its a Major improvement, Im not even gonna do my annual ritual of buying a copy, playing it for about 30 mins and then using it as a coaster for my mug of coffee all year around.

As far as konami goes, im honestly starting to think they deliberatley leave out basic shit so they can add it in future versions, why the fuck would they remove camera tiliting for, seeing people on the forums begging for that shit in pes2011 is an embarrsment.

Its getting to the point were people will care less about pes vs fifa and just want a good fucking football game, fifa 09 is the only football game ive played solidly in the last 3 years or so, thats how bad things have got.

IMO the pes engine is fine but the animations are just SHIT and regrading the tv/ monitor resolution it DOES make a difference as on a pc monitor the response times are MUCH faster which results in no button lag and slower gameplay. Try it out for yourself : )

In all honesty fifa is starting to win me over as it's got a much more fluent gameplay and in the world cup demo my fifa criticisms are gone as you can dribble with the ball much than more than fifa10 and its less one touch football.

I got the WC demo, dont play it much, will wait for the full version, on 1st glance it seems like the game fifa 10 should have been, but they need to do something about the following

-Less accurate passing, cos i get the feeling i can play barcelona football with every team.

-The CPU AI is still gay as hell, the bannana crosses are still there a bit.

- Defenders chest controlling the ball when your tapping away like a cunt trying to get them to hoof it away, this was a real problem in fifa 10, i remember crossing the ball to Klass Jan Hunterlaar 3 yards out from goal, i pressed the shoot button to head the ball into the goal, and the cunt controlled it on his chest 1st, giving the opponent just enough time to knock him off the ball.

These are things EA know about, they were told 1 year ago, bunch of cunts, thats why im not holding my breath with any future release from them.

That is what i have been talking about some people still say its a placebo effect. But the gameplay is much better with a pc monitor and i wont be playing PES 2010 on my tele anymore. I even think the graphics are better. My pc monitor resolution is 1080x1024 + widescreen + expanded. The tele is hdmi.

I went online last night and playes a couple of games with my xbox on my hdmi tele. Its was so fast, required no skills to tackle or score. It was unplayable. I stopped and connected my monitor instead.

I want to play EAs game if its good but learning all the new moves isnt appealing to me as Im a hardcore PESgamer.
