Well my usual gripe since they took it away anyone know if it will be back this year??

Player Settings in cup mode so you can have a tournament with say 4 mates but when your team plays a cpu team you can slide the controller in player settings so that someone else can control your opponent.

Really missed this in Pro on PS3

I've had the exact same gripe since PES2008, It does not look promising at all for this feature to be included due to the trophies feature, it seems that being able to slide the controller across opens the door to cheating your way to trophies, which as my argument goes is pointless as the sense of achievement is completely nulled by doing this. I agree that it would be awesome to be able to knock my mate out of say the CL by playing the game this way, it really does beat playing friendlies all night for sure, and for me personally trophies are not a big deal for a couple of reasons, firstly I am not a huge fan of BAL mode, therefore I am never going to achieve platinum in any case, and secondly it means more to me to win the in game trophies i.e. ACTUAL trophies like the CL or Master League than the ones that show up on the PS3 homepage, I think it all depends on how and why you play the game, For me and I suspect yourself it has always been more competitive and meaningful to play tournaments against my mate i.e. controlling his opponents and vice versa, because friendlies simply don't have enough clout to make them worthy of true bragging rights, nor do they have the clout to provide the level of frustration I get when my mate knocks me out at the group stage with a jammy penalty and forces me to spend the remainder of the tournament with the sole purpose of stopping him wining the thing lol, It sure is very sad to lose this feature, especially with the introduction of the fully licensed CL mode, kinda rubs salt into the pointlessly inflicted wound to those who play the game in this way, I feel your pain dude!!!
