The ideal option file for me...

Hey guys, I am currently looking for an Option File for PES 2011.

What is the best option file for the PS3 that has:

New teams in the licensed league (Novara, QPR, Swansea, Evian, RKC et al.)

Bundesliga (inc. new sides?)

Small letter names? [Though not essential]

Summer 2011 transfers though not fussed if some leagues aren't done 100%

I know that might be asking a bit much, but if someone could point me in the right direction, rather not have the Championship too.

Looking at it I am impressed, but how do I go about installing that on my PS3? Being from the UK and have no previous experience in this sort of thing, does that affect if I can run it or what?
