i don't know if this suggestion would be what you are looking for, but try with Westwood hair from Ireland NT i have him with that hair and it's not that bad or try with Lavezzi

Pes 2011 I used Shawcross face (Stoke City) and Adam Johnson hair (Man City)

Havent really tried 2012 so I dont know if these players changed
