Some good games tonight. I thought the first game, especially, we moved the ball around very nicely, albeit probably helped by the poor team we were playing against. I was also pleased with how we appeared to both attack and defend as a team tonight. Less said about penalties, the better though :serial:

I didn't do as well tonight. Ran forward a bit too often and got knackered before I could trek back. Hopefully I'll actually get some defensive accomplishments soon; haven't had a single sliding tackle one :/
So glad I've yet to take a penalty. :lol:

I've noticed many people go that way, so I tend to do well at saving penalties. If I'm on and you guys need a PK and FK taker, you can count on me. Especially for PKs, I seem to have figured out a system (for my VP) to find the corners, so even if the GK guesses right, I can still score. Either that, or I hit the post.

To be fair Haribo, I find you the most entertaining to watch as well. We're both unpredictable.
Saying that, I feel as if AMC is definitely my strongest position now. Linked up quite well with Barn on a few occasions. Though I feel like my crossing has improved so am happy to drift into a wide position, allowing the midfield runners room in the middle.

Pretty bad last night. AI teammates were very poor and we could hardly score.
First game really pissed me off. First had some random CPU teammate slide tackle me, then we conceded a penalty for absolutely no reason. Then the penalty was taken with one of their strikers standing on the goal line(??), and finally we suffered the dreaded GK-passes-straight-to-attacker-for-tap-in goal.

That was ridiculous. Apparently it was meant to be for me, but it was clear that the attacker would get there before me :S Fucking computer.
I think to be honest we need a full offense. Having a CPU player in attack makes you all lose momentum.

Oh no, I meant a game before you came on when the entire back line was computer controlled. We suffered it twice. :lol:

I think we need to be a little more patient in our build-up play (and I include myself in that). I think one of our problem atm is that we're trying to work the ball from one end of the pitch to the other too quickly, which, against stronger teams, ends up in us losing the ball most of the time. I think we just need to be a little more patient, go for the simple ball a little more frequently and try and keep possession a little longer. As I said, I'm just as bad at this as anyone else, so I need to improve, but I think it's something, which, as a team, we can work on.
