Put my Pro (Great, great, tall blonde geek with glasses) through a test drive tonight by playing 6 matches with strangers. Almost all 10-11 deep so hard to grab a good position. Is there a trick to get down to the bottom of the list quick to get a MF or FW? Played deep MF or defense most games. One goal while playing RDM, one KC that will never make the score sheet.
I need my boys. These guys were driving me insane. A RB who decided to stop dead with the ball and wait in our end every time he touched it until he was challenged; then proceeded to get stuck in a jam he couldn't get out of and turned it over. I am talking like 6 or 7 times. I was going to take the ball from him myself soon. I guess he was pissed he had to play RB or something. Played another entire game with the strikers going offsides on every single break, 0-0 draw.
oh yes, almost forgot, the servers were marvelous. Played wireless all night. Put that in your PES pipe and smoke it.

I usually play defensive midfield, so usually don't have a problem. However, whenever I want to play attacking roles, I'll start quickly scrolling down before the position selection page opens. So, by the time it does open, you're allready moving.

Two methods.
1) Hold down on the D pad and Down on the Analogue stick - Moves twice as first but you need to get timing right to land on your position.
2) If you want to play as a ST or RW LW - tap up on the D pad (you can go 'round' the list this way but not many have worked it out. This is how I've been playing lots of games as striker :smug

Enjoyed it last night. The frequent injuries were annoying, but as our pros improve, we should be able to hear less and less of Geoff Shreeves.
Glad I opted to go CM/CDM right from the off, thought I grew into the position quite well after the first few games. Alchemist's appearance also helped aswell. Always better to have a human partner in the center of midfield as opposed to a robot.
Highlight of the night? Barn's goal in the 'division winning' game :w00t

It was pure hit and hope Berry - as I said I was amazed considering his other misses.
I thought we did well, and only lost when we came up against cunts whose pros were obviously better.
The problem is it's going to be tough to improve quickly. I only plan on playing with you guys in the evening so it'll be slow progress for me at least.

Imagine something like the goal Bellamy scored for Blackburn against Pompey some years back, but on the opposite side with the right foot and more in the top corner. It was good but felt greater because our players are so shit and I'd been missing some real sitters beforehand.

[MENTION=196177]IronCity[/MENTION] , you really need to turn off manual pass for our next session. When you had the ball I really had absolutely no idea where the ball was going to end up.
Overall it was a good session tonight apart from that last game where nothing seemed to run for us and we got torn apart.

and this whole time I thought I didn't want to be the pussy to take it off manual. I am going to do that.
I wanted to throw couch pillows every time I passed. When I play Clubs across the ocean there is a slight lag I don't get in other FIFA games. Throws my timing completely off. Forces me to put too much power behind passes and then not enough at other times. I don't get what was happening late in your last match with me phats, my through balls were being lofted and I never had my finger on that trigger. Happened on three straight passes.
I should have got an assist in that last match but not awarded one(after you left). Defender did touch it but barely, it was a nice pass in the box. But happy to end a bad night with a goal.

It wasn't a red; yellow at worst. Nothing was going for us in that game, the AI seemed incapable of clearing the ball or even passing it 5 yards. It really highlighted how well [MENTION=111134]Berry[/MENTION] played at CB last night as without him there our defence were all over the place and couldn't withstand any of the pressure.
I was debating whether to stay on as ANY beyond half-time or leave it to the CPU which had already struggled up to that point. Perhaps next time
