I have finished my OF.
with DATAPACK 2

1. & 2. Bundesliga (Kits + Emblems) correct Names and stats.
no hairs and faces
English Premier League (Kits + Emblems) from Daymos
Norwich, Reading, Southampton, Swansea have no Emblems (only 51 slots).

SK Rapid Wien & Red Bull Salzburg added.

Install DP2 first, then the OF
