Forgive me if this has already been discussed in length, but it's been a while since I've bought a PES game (my last was 2010).
I've just gone onto the section of the forum for PES 2013 Editing and Option files, but there seem to be no threads on the first few pages with downloadable option files, merely various threads with all the settings on how to edit the game ourselves.
Have Konami somehow disallowed the use of option files this year?
