It would be great if you could upload the .BINs for some of your other players too, Homer, if you get the chance. That De Bruyne is brilliant in particular. If you do manage to upload them, I will convert them to Xbox format for you as well, so you can include links to those.

Here is Holtby in Xbox format (rename the file to the scan slot you'd like to use)

In english it might be better :D my question was why it isn't possible to add rep? is it like some way of preventing people adding rep just for their friends? I too cant add rep to Homer and Ace, for example.
