I used to buy the Career Pro boosts, not realising there were Online Pro versions. I bought a couple and was wondering why I couldn't see any change in my VP.

I'm a complete cunt for this, but two nights ago was the first time I realized there were online pro boosts available for Levels 1-30. Hence why I suddenly jumped from 81 to 83.

Also making my guy huge again was the best decision I could have made. Scoring headers from three consecutive corners must have really fucked them off. It's a shame we couldn't win a few more after that. Our delivery seems to have gotten a lot more consistent of late.

I think it's a case of what Ziss says - the majority of people just prefer the mobility and pace, which is generally the best weapon in this game. By now I know how to use the big cunt properly, because I like to think that my positional sense is pretty good. It helps when we have some very good crossers in the team.

you are skilled enough to use a big cunt or a little cunt and score goals. but i just enjoy watching Paul Bunyan score them. and your are correct, we have skilled speedsters on the wings enough to use a giant in the middle. Not sure I have ever seen you caught from behind since you blew up in size however, but even if you were your VP likely held them off with one finger.

If I wasn't being screwed over by using the d-pad to control my Pro I'd probably be a bit taller, but need that extra pace that being a midget gives you to make up the ground I lose from starting my run.

You're very kind, but I could never really cut it as a tiny speed merchant. I never really use tricks so it'd be pointless. I prefer to act as a battering ram and stumble my way through.

Trying to time tricks with the kind of lag you often get on clubs would be nigh on impossible. I feel my crossing has improved of late, still don't seem to have a left foot for crossing though. I thought we played some really good football at times last night but some bad luck/inconsistency cost us.

The heading hat trick was fantastic.

I use the d-pad. I tried using the stick for a while, but.....well, these guys can tell you how dreadful I was. I'm sure I was close to getting the sack.

DF, go into the highest skill game for advanced shooting (the one where they play you the ball, you've got to beat two defenders and put it past the GK). There's 2 types of delivery that are almost impossible to get onto before a defender, and one that is impossible. Then try it with the analogue, and you'll get there effortlessly. Down to a lag/delay in your starting run when using d-pad

Yep, I've experienced this. I've been playing the Skill Games more recenently and tend to stick to PKs and FKs.

We were doing the skill game I mentioned between friends, seeing who could score highest. I beat the 40,000, but had to score with a Rabona/chip every time I got a ball I could control.

Decent fun. You'll spend ages there until you get it right, however
