Yeah it's better to use the option in game the put he strips on. Very hard to put them on a kit using a png. If you go into the model option there is options to put strips on the jerseys if Im not mistaken. Maybe when I have the game later I can show you what I mean with pictures.

Are we going to be able to simply import the kits onto Xbox 360 or is it going to be an OF that will overwrite any changes made to our original OF? Just asking so I dont start doing any editing if its all going to be wiped by installing your kits! Cheers
