Slowdowns.. AM I THE ONLY ONE ???

Hi people, I really really need your thoughts on this...
As everybody know, the last update (1.04) should have corrected slowdowns issues in the goal area.
But I still have issues.
For example, after a shot pushed back by the keeper, the game freeze for a fraction of seconds when I'm about to shoot again, very annoying... It also freeze like that after a missed shot, just at the moment the ball goes near the post, enough to be like "It's goal or no ? Oh no.. it's not"
Also, before the beginning of the game (during anthems) the frame rate become reaaally slow when the camera step back to get an overall view of the team.
So my question is, am I the only one to still have some issues ??? Is your game perfecly smooth ? No "micro-freezing" etc :(:(:(

I experience the same thing, very frustrating, as if they have deliberately delayed further the shooting animation.

I noticed that after the patch, cpu players cheat even more and your defenders players seem to be more lethargic.

I don't really have problems with CPU I really love the gameplay, most realistic football game ever, no doubt.

Any other thoughts guys ??

Is there any fix to this!?

My game slows down every now and then, where the game will slow down and stay slow until the ball goes out i.e allows the screen to restart. It's been like this from the start and with all the patches installed!

Hi.

As a long-time reader of this forum I now created an account to perhaps shed some light on the "slow-down" issue.
I had the same problem on my PS3 edition of PES 2014 with all the updates installed.
I also had an optionfile installed (can't remember which one...). I've been playing PES for a long time, and had a LOT of optionfiles for different PES-editions on my PS3. After deleting all of them + all the PES2014 data on my system I started PES 2014 from scratch. Now it was like playing a completely different game! All fluid and no more slowdowns.

Might be worth a try for those who are experiencing slowdowns.
