Newbie ! ! ! [please help]

Hello to everyone i started playing Pes from Pes 6, but i never tryed to change anything, I am from Georgia such country have never been in official Pes, some guys were making patches before Pes 2014 but 2015 no there is no patches now, so i found some programs wanted to make by myself but nothing happened so i found this forum, please help me tell me names of programs how i can change league, change all teams and players in this league and add national team.

Please i need name of programs and a small tutorial

Actually i don't know what is the format , i have Pes 2015 ver 1.03 Data Pack 3.00

I want to change Norther Irland into my national team and PEU League into my country's league i used Pes 2015 Team Editor Manager , i changed name and somehow changed logo but it was only there, in the game there was no changes

I opened that Team Editor 2015, first i wanted to change North Ireland into my own country i have changed name, short name, i couldn't change logo, i did everything needed in that Dpfile.bin (don't remember exact name) but nothing changed in the game, than i added a new national again couldn't change the logo it was with PREVIEW and nothing, did the same with that file but in the game nothing happened

I want to change or add new national team + want to change PEU League into my countries main league, i found one tutorial on YouTube but it was just to add a club in the OTHER EURO clubs that i did but i need to change many things and nothing happens

maybe someone has a tutorial or just will tell me where i am making a mistake ?
