Fake name players question

Hi I got a few questions regarding fake name players (ie real players with a fake name).

1) Right now my edit file has a fake Lewandowski called M.Steger. Anyone knows what will happen to him if I were to option file load a Bayern Munich into PEU league? Will it result in duplicate players e.g. A Lewamdowski rated 90 and a M.Steger rated 90? Also, does anyone know if there are any other such real players with a fake name?

2) How does master league work with the fake name players in the national teams? For example Wales has a fake Gareth bale in the starting 11 and I can simply swap him out for the real Gareth bale in edit mode. But what will happen to the fake Gareth bale? Will he exist in master league? If I download national team option files will they result in duplicate players?

1) Depends on the the OF you import mate, for example the one I have worked on that fake player has been renamed with the correct name. Same goes for all other players in the same situation.

2) In previous years the duplicates didn't appear in ML, not played this year to see if it is the same this year
