problem in editing teams,plz help

Hello everybody.Im playin pes 2017 with ps4.
My problem is that Ive edited chelsea's everything such as kits,name,coach,...
Changes are applied in master league but not in exhibition mode.what should I do??

After pressing r3 you should go back to the title screen en choose exhibition match again now it must work.

I have the same problem and your solution doesn't work for me either.
It's insane, in competition structure i have 30(!!) teams in "other teams", but in exhebition there's only 9.

I've even deleted every non german team in "other teams" from the wepes folder and installed the option file all over again, but suck my cock, 30 teams in "competition...." and 9 in exhebition mode anyway?!?!

Would you be kindly change the colour of the following 'Kits PES' ; 1) turn the black shorts of Southampton kit in 'RED' & 2) turn the black shorts and socks of Hotspur kit into all 'WHITE'. A bunch of thanks!
