well this will be hard
there where no official games since 1983, so normally no hope. But, they participated at the Commonwealth Games in 2015, if i can find the complete squad with which they started, that could be enough for a team, i will make researches and ask some people, will be a lot of facebook stalking work again
But i think would be possible, also to find an image from the kits
EDIT: forget about that, Football was no discipline at that games, they really had absolutely no international game since 1983. That would be absolute and 100% fantasy, i have no hope we can do anything here.
For other nations, Tokelau, Nauru, Marshall Islands, Wallis and Futuna - it is the same.
you would not believe me what hard work it was to research data for Palau, Kiribati and Tuvalu
Hey

I've been searching a bit to find out about football in those little countries and islands (because I am very curious about that subject) and I think it would be nice to share here, even tough Speckkopf might know all of this already, he does far more research than me

.
For
Vatican City latest game, this was the best I could find:

Wallis and Futuna - played last game in 1995, I think. Maybe there was a football league, but I think it's inactive at the moment:

Tokelau - I think they don't have a national football team:

Maybe there was a football league at some point?:

Niue - The national team only played 2 matches in 1983

There was a league at some point, I can only find a bit of info up to 2012, maybe there are still some clubs active? If there were enough players to make a national team you could make it

Nauru - I think there was never an official national football team. They don't even have a capital  even though Yaren is the De facto capital.

Marshall Islands - I think they don't have any national football team. However, it seems to exist some kind of league on the country.

Cocos (Keeling) Islands - I know a football team exists, not sure if it's still active:

Maybe there was some kind of league too?

Christmas Island - Some kind of football league was played there, not sure if it's still active.

Maybe there was a national team?

Norfolk Island - I think they don't even have an official football association, according to this:
http://oceaniafootball.npage.de/non-fifa/norfolk-island.html
Saint Helena - It seems to exist an active football league, but I don't think have a national team, due to financial reasons. To say the truth, I would love to see a team from this island, not sure if there is enough information to do it.

Ascension Island:It looks like some sort of league or championship exists in there:

Tristan da Cunha: Here's an interesting story about the most remote football club in the world:

(This article has some information about south Atlantic football:

Sealand: Well, not exactly a country... Not sure how, but they have a national football team. And maybe there's enough data to do it in PES? I would love it, I think it would be very interesting.

They even sell their shirts for £44.99

Man, football is one step away from becoming the global sport... Not even Antarctica escapes haha

There's still the Championship (2nd English league), maybe we could use it to create something when everything else is finished. Seriously, I was thinking about some regional teams such as Catalonia and Galicia. Or maybe some fantasy teams, like Antartica
Maybe this forum is useful:

And this website?
http://oceaniafootball.npage.de/welcome.html (even tough it looks a bit inactive, and it looks like an website from the 90's  not very useful I guess but still interesting)
EDIT: ggdaris great kits, I love them. I wonder sometimes how do you get that textures and patterns for those "rare" kits (like that ones, or Bermuda Gk, for example), you do them yourself, from scratch?
