Had a go at this because they use it so much. Missing 1 or 2 sponsors, if anyone wants to work with it have a go! You will just need to change the collar in PES in game editor.

Don't forget to change the collar in Edit Mode. If anyone wants to add the shoulder sponsors have at it! Also, I don't really know where to add the sponsors on back of the shorts...
