Editing problem

Hi everybody

I've a problem when I edit.

1. I make my edits, , I save in the game and I export the teams on usb key.
2. When I've finished, I switch off my ps4
3. When I come back to play, I switch on my PS4
4. And all my edited teams have disappeared (mostly created teams, emblems)
5. Then I reimport the teams and it's good again
6. but the problem comes back each time i switch off the ps4; so i'm obliged to reimport the teams each time i switch on the ps4

is anyone can help me and say to me the solution please.

1) The images only are going missing (kits/emblems) or every edit (player names/team names/transfers)? I mean the whole game reverts to vanilla?
2) If you close only the pes2020 app and re launch it, while PS4 is open, do the edits remain or the get missing?
3) If it reverts to vanilla when you switch off, it sounds like a problem with PS4 software/firmware.

Only images (kits, emblems) going missing.

I do not know for sure, never happened to me, but if you have a second profile, try import some images and do checks, switch off-on the console to isolate the problem. If it is due to the console or due to the PES-app. Although different PS profiles share the common images slots. :(

The problem is more important: the whole game reverts to vanilla (kits, emblems, names ...)
I've tried to reinstall the game but problem is the same.
I've tried on another profile but same problem

I don't know what to do.
It's so shit, I was editing my Option file like each year :no:

It is risky to say, but it seemes a problem between your console and the game.
Do you checked if the EDIT.bin file is created normally? Or do you have any edits transferred from the demo to the final game? Do you have enough capacity on your PS4 hard disk? Do you have the latest PS4 firmware update?
If everything works perfect try to contact KONAMi support if it happens only in pes20 or SONY if it is general to your ps4. Maybe if it is console problem a format is needed. If after this the problem continues it is a pes bug for sure.

I was expecting your usual yearly OF patch to complete my game. I assume this will delay things alot. I hope you find a solution to enjoy the game!! In nicoultras we trust!

Thanks very much Slamsoze for your help

I've found the solution :

1. I've deleted all the game
2. I've made last PS4 firmware update
3. I've reinstalled the game
4. I've reimported all the teams of my usb keys

On teams re-importation, I've only lost 3 Brasileirao teams and all Brasileirao serie B.
It's all teams I had edited on October 1st (perhaps a bug in the ps4 during this day, so it did corromped files)

I will work again on Brasileirao serie B.

But the good news is I can continue my OF editing.
