Sorry if this is the wrong thread.

But I was just wondering could I ask a quick question what do I need to actually put one of these modded option files onto my PlayStation 2 for Pro Evolution Soccer 6.

Right so you copy the option file onto the Max Drive once you have plugged the Max Drive into a USB port on the PC.

Then you plug it into the USB port on the PlayStation 2 but what do you do after that do you need a disk of some sort.

You get a disk with the software with the Max Drive. You put the USB stick and the disk in and from there it's pretty fool-proof.

Ahh right ok, I assume that the only difference is you could get more on the larger ones, this would be helpful when transferring data from the PS2 to the computer as you can do it all in one go. By the way I do advise you to back up all your memory card data (trasnfer it with the Max Drive onto your P.C. regularly) as there is a small chance of the Card going wrong (this can be fixed but at a loss of all your data). Despite this it is still worth it to get one :).

a max drive is definately worth a 10er and captaincabinet is spot on, i dont have a clue about computers and i found it piss easy to use

Dextermon, i have the perfect solution for u. Loading a option file without maxdrive is possible. It can be done with a cd and all it takes is 5 to 15 minutes depending if u know what you're doing. Check this site: hxxp://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/cd2mem
