If you want them to bring back the Bundesliga, talk to EA cos thats the only way PES is getting it back, if they can somehow negotiate with EA. I don't hate PES 6 on 360 at all, I think its great, i don't play it for licensing, editing etc if i wanna do that i just shove on the PC version and patch it to hell :)

I would like to see:

Slightly better graphics (too shiny IMO)
A much improved edit mode! (the cam idea would be amazing)
they won't get all so a FEW more licenses (keeping man utd ;))

Thats all i can really think of just now tbh!

Original?

The graphics for the 360 in my opinion are worse than those on the PS2, down to the way they've been modelled, the obviously poorer faces and the ridiculously shiny apperance of everything. The graphics looks too FIFA-esque.

Also do not slate the thread starter because when 1080p HDTVs become more common the difference in graphics will be more noticeable between the PS3 and 360.

a ps2 mag said last year that the xbox360 pes is an early code, and when the ps3 version comes out itll rock big time as that will be pes main platform its going to be heavy heavy weight.itll be waaay better than the 360 version,as konami know that the fans dont keep want to play the ps2 pes which has been the same for the last 5 years and whats worse the best players have aged and retired, the stats are the same theyv been just adding new animations to each version.ps3 pes will rock big time konami know exactly what to do as ps3 is the main event and in march wiining eleven 11 comes out in jap but we can still play it on any ps3 because its all region

Em.. you do know that most of PS3's BIG games are gonna be released on 360 too dnt ya, including PES. GTA, Resident Evil 5 etc. The two consoles are basically the same, with a few things better in 360 than PS3 and a few things better in PS3 than on 360. All in all, both have their good and bad points. Xbox will be better with the OS and Front end etc due to the fact that its a Microsoft console and who knows more about that. I own a PS3 and i can honestly say... it's not gonna blow me away anytime soon. The launch games are just... average. Nothing special there, and to say that PES will Rock on it is a bit of a premature statement, wait until it's released and you can play test it. ;) Don't live your gaming life relying on what games magazines say, if i did that every game would be average since i only read Edge. lol

PES 7 for PS3? F**K YEAH!

You have some good points, but the PS3 online component will be free unlike the PS2 component. I agree with some of your views of the Xbox360, even though the price of the PS3 is very high it (the PS3) has twice as many video cards (2) and supports 1080p! The crowds from all sports are, lets face it, shithouse, and all the developers like Konami needs is more space and power to fit in more detail, so with the Blu-Ray disc packing in 50 gigabytes of space (experimental 200 gigabyte discs are been developed as we post!) plus the power of the PS3, I think that the crowds will be as realistic as going to the soccer, or watching on TV and downing a few beers in real life.

Ok, theres alot of bullshit floating around on here.

1. PES7 will be the same on the 360 and the PS3 - the difference will be negligable. Konami are well known for their laziness, so do you seriously think that they will develop individual PS3 and 360 versions? No, they'll develop it on one and port it to the other. (Look at PS2 and Xbox1)

2. By the time 1080p TV's are mainstream, Microsoft will be releasing their replacement for the 360. It is a given that this new console will support this. So its not worth worrying about.

3. The 360 was designed as an affordable next-gen console that used current technology (DVD) to bring next-gen gaming to us all for £280. And for that it should be commended. Developers are getting more and more from the 360 all the time. Sony tried to push things too far with Blu-ray and has paid the price. And the fact that most multi-format games are now ports means that the graphical difference between these two machines will be irrelevant in most cases. Which goes back to my first point.

 jamez,nice sig

There is a way for the game to be improved greatly, why not sign a contract between Konami and Sports Interactive? This way we will have the best stats, the most realism in a sport game and all the licensing(I am not sure it works that way,but SI have them all,so why not?)
I play FM2007 only right now,its the best soccer game ever made and I wish Konami(or even EA,whatever) to take some of it magic nad present it in 3D,now that will be nice.

Firstly FM2007 is a soccer MANAGEMENT game, Secondly i know everything there is to know about FM2007 since i spent about 6-7 months of my life last year trying to make sure it was up to speed for the general public. The test team, including me, managed to get all of the major bugs out leaving only a few little silly ones left for future patches to sort out. So give us a little credit cos if it wasn't for us the game would be a buggy mess ;) As for the stats thing, Option files are made which use the FM stats for that year so thats all you need.

I know what the game is,I play it every day.By realism,I meant runs of players, percentage of wonder goals to happen, morale of players, personality and so on...

CRISSGRAN,I apreciate what you have done, but there is one annoying bug(I didnt patched the game,so tell me if there is a patch to fix it so I can dl it),When I get messeges for the reasults of my youth team,it says things like "Maldini was the best player in the match,he scored one and create another"...IN THE YOUTH TEAM!!!I never heard of players on the age of 40 to play for the under20 teams .This bug happens 50/50,sometimes is alright.

Yeah, you should put it up on the Champ Man Forums in the bug reports section. Is it PC version? I'm sure Liam or somone from the Eidos team will get back to you about it and tell you if they have any fixes for it.:) And to the guy before, no i'm not American but the guy before said Soccer so i thought i'd better not confuse him. ;)

Some things I would like to see in PES 7 for 360 and PS3 is to support custom tracks. I've never been a fan of the music in the game so it would be cool to set my own music in the menus and replays.

I live in the USA and I think the game can benefit by adding full Mexican, Argentina, and Brazilian leagues. MLS would be nice but really, most American soccer fans follow the Mexican and South American leagues.

Bringing back the German Bundesliga would be nice even if it doesn't have the license. I also think they just include the J-League and K-League so they can have one universal game they can port instead of coming out with all these versions. With the more space on a blue-ray disc, and HD to save the option files, they can definitely manage putting in a whole bunch of new teams and players. Also, an unlimited amount of players to create would be fantastic too. More slots for boots. I think there should be 8 editable slots AND still be able to use the adidas and puma boots without using an editable slot. That way, there can be more boot variety.

The license issue has always been an issue, I feel until WE PES can obtain a full FIFA and EPL license, it won't be able to beat FIFA as the market leader in America.
