It's not often I play Master League, usually I just play friendlies but I'm in my first season with Everton, doing alright sitting 3rd in the table. I wondered how other people cope with fatigue, quality and stamina. My best players are beginning to feel the strain of having to be played all the time because of the extremely small squad - the fringe players are either poor or inexperienced kids. If it was a big squad with lots of quality I'd be okay but I don't have that option. Obviously I want to play my best players but don't want their bodies taking a battering, but at the same time fielding 11 of the fringe players while them lot rest will have a massive bearing on the quality of play. Should I mix them up, keep a couple experienced heads in with the fringe players? Advice is appreciated.

I use a mixture of experience and youngsters. Some youngsters develop v quickly on the game so it worth taking the risk sometimes.

Probably the best option, plus it means the kids can develop. It's very tempting to just play my strongest line-up if they're all fit, but will be more effective in the long-term to mix them up even if their isn't as much quality, which is much better than starting with 11 fringe players. There are a some promising youngsters in Anichebe and Vaughn (CF's) and Turner and Ruddy (GK's).
